A demon was infuriated that his servants could not persuade a young woman to worship the idols of the demons, so he decided to go to Saint Marina himself. Appearing in the prison cell of Saint Marina to frighten her, the demon was taken aback when Saint Marina had no fear, seized the demon by the hair, and beat him to the ground with a nearby hammer. God then shone a bright light which illuminated the entire prison, and Saint Marina’s wounds from her tortures were perfectly healed.
