Saint Panteleimon‘s mother, Saint Eubula, wanted to raise her son in the Christian Faith, but she died when Saint Panteleimon was a young child. However, her Prayers and love for her son remained with him throughout his life, because, despite him being raised as a pagan, Saint Panteleimon found Christ.
