Upon being set free, Saint Thekla remained in the region of Isaurian Seleucia where many were converted to Christianity through her preaching and miracles she wrought by her Prayers. Many women joined Saint Thekla in her Holy way of life, wishing to imitate her Holy zeal and asceticism.
