Towards the last few years of his life, Saint Seraphim devoted himself to the Spiritual and physical care of the Nuns at the Diveyevo Monastery of the Holy Trinity. Through his Prayers, Saint Seraphim would receive guidance from the Most Holy Mother of God regarding this Blessed Sisterhood and Monastery.
“And I will tell you what, remember this: Happy is everyone who will stay for twenty-four hours in poor Seraphim’s Diveyev, from morning till morning, for the Mother of God, the Heavenly Queen, visits Diveyev every twenty-four hours.”

Saint Alexandra entrusted the care of her Nuns to Saint Seraphim, shortly before her Blessed Repose.

Saint Seraphim said: “Here for you is Jerusalem, and Athos, and Kiev!”

“It is truly so, that my Diveyevo maidens are exactly like the bees, as they are with the Mother of God forever!”

Saint Seraphim said to the young Saint Helena:
“What have we to fear from death, my joy? For us, there will be only eternal bliss.”

Saint Seraphim spoke at length with Saint Pelagia and gave her a Prayer Rope and said:
“Go forth, my dear, without delay to my Monastery; care for my orphans, and you shall be a light unto the world.”

In anticipation of his Blessed Repose, Saint Seraphim realised the Nuns would be orphaned soon, left without a Spiritual Father to take care of their future. He lamented: “Who will provide for you when I am gone?” And then he would comfort his Spiritual daughters saying: “I am handing you over to the Matushka Queen of Heaven Herself! She will not abandon you!”

Not long before his Blessed Repose, Saint Seraphim pointed at his Icon Joy of All Joys and told the Sisters visiting him from Diveyevo:
“I entrust and leave you to the care of this Queen of Heaven.”
