The Orthodox Mental Health Directory contains the Contact Details of Mental Health Practitioners in Melbourne Australia who are Orthodox Christians, trusted and firm in their Faith and Love for God.
We have understood there is often a desire and benefit to have an Orthodox Mental Health Professional within the Faith – someone who shares the same beliefs and values. This brings a different kind of light to our suffering and healing – and that is, the Light of Christ. Because where two or three are gathered together in His Name, He is there in the midst of them.
This Directory has therefore been created by two Parishoners from Saint Paraskevi Chruch in Melbourne, with the Blessing of the Parish Priest Fr Demos, and Bishop Evmenios. God Willing, once the Directory continues to expand, we can seek the Blessing to include all the States of Australia.
