Upon travelling to the Holy Land, Saint Nicholas encountered many difficulties during his voyage on the ship, and through his Prayers he miraculously calmed the sea and strengthened the Souls of his fellow brethren on the Pilgrimage. Today he remains an every-ready help to voyagers.
