“Everyone should come to an agreement with their Spiritual Father to have a small, Spiritual program, and by following this you can gain great Spiritual benefit. For example, to read certain things and to have a particular time for reading; to Pray, to keep vigil, to fast etc. And with this small Spiritual program God can give you even greater Blessings and gifts than those he gives to Monks.”
